Welcome to Dnaasty Crafts. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that you are of legal age in your province or territory and agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All handmade products are crafted in Canada from polymer clay and may vary slightly from photos — this is the nature of handmade goods and part of what makes each piece unique. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Dnaasty Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tylersalewski@gmail.com. Handmade items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product photos, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Dnaasty Crafts and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dnaasty Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
